Each Pali Blue piece is carefully prepared and packaged with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new releases, holidays, and other high-volume periods.

RETURNS
We hope you love your Pali Blue piece. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unused jewelry in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@paliblue.com with your order number.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

FINAL SALE
Personalized, custom, engraved, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
